As a small organization, Kaddatz Galleries are led by hardworking staff grounded in our mission. We are growing in infrastructure and programs, and we seek dedicated individuals to contribute to our culture and collaborative efforts as we co-create our future. We are a working board and utilize consensus processes in our decision-making. In addition to supervising and supporting staff, Board members are actively involved as ambassadors of the organization, ensuring healthy governance, strategic leadership, and financial stability. Service terms are a 2 or 3-year commitment with the option to renew.
