Your time and talents help us create magical experiences for artists, students, and art lovers throughout west central Minnesota. Whether you have a few hours a month or want to get more involved, we have meaningful volunteer opportunities that match your interests and schedule.
Artist Reception Support Help us celebrate our featured artists and create welcoming experiences for gallery visitors. What You'll Do:
Event setup and guest greeting
Serve refreshments and facilitate conversations
Assist with cleanup and breakdown
Connect visitors with artwork and artist stories
Perfect For: Art enthusiasts, people who love meeting new faces, and anyone wanting to support local artists. Knowledge of the local art scene is helpful but not required - we'll share everything you need to know!
Youth Programming Inspire the next generation of artists through our art classes and Community Art Tables What You'll Do:
Assist youth and/or families with art projects and techniques
Help set up materials and maintain organized workspace
Encourage creativity and provide gentle guidance
Support our mission of accessible arts education
Perfect For: Anyone who enjoys working with children and doesn't mind getting a little messy! Art experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and patience are what matter most.
Schedule & Commitment
Reception Volunteers: Scheduled as needed for openings (typically 2-3 hours, 4-6 times per year)
Community Art Table: Scheduled as needed for community festivals and events (ongoing or occasional participation welcome)
Art Class Support: By session as programming requires
